Showcasing what drives my quest to claim victory in sales and fatherhood.
Showcasing what drives my quest to claim victory in sales and fatherhood.

I have a proven track record when it comes to continuous success in software sales.
Not only success in traditional metrics (quota attainment, forecast accuracy, pipeline generation) but success in the "do people find joy in working with you" metric.
I strive every day to bring joy to others I work with. Whether that be prospects, customers, teammates, or leadership. This could mean anything from bringing levity to a Monday morning, celebratory drinks after a big win, finding a solution that eliminates an end users worst part of the day, or simply by doing something that I said I would do.
I've found this to be just as rewarding as the end of year trophies!

Before starting my own, I thought it was cliché to say your family is what drives you. Now I know, for me, it absolutely is the only thing.
Their happiness truly is my happiness. It can come in many forms for them - a vacation, a better education, me not coming home grumpy, a new video game, a long hug. Finding the best mix of their short-term happiness and long-term happiness is never easy, but at the end of the day I do what I do to give them more than what I had in every facet of life.

When not closing software deals I try to get the most out of my time.
Travel - From one-tank weekend trips to Niagara Falls to childhood dream vacations like Disney World. We love to try and experience what the world has to offer.
Woodworking - Like a lot of us, I took up this pandemic-safe hobby in 2020. As much as I enjoy following a well laid out plan, it's the projects that challenged me to find alternative solutions using only the (literal) tools on hand that I'm the most proud of.
Sports - We are certainly a sports loving family. We love playing it, watching it and going to games. I even coach my 3rd grade girls basketball team.
If you needed a quick measurement of my loyalty I am STILL a Cleveland Browns fan. Regardless of the misery.
Bonfires - Whether its where it all started at my parents' house in the country or on the beach at our Lake Erie island condo, there's nothing like slowing down around the fire with a great soundtrack and company.
